  Consumable Parts:- Items such as batteries, cables, and other consumable parts are not covered under warranty.
  Third-Party Products: Products manufactured by third parties and not by Global IT Solutions may have different warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.

  3. Warranty Claim Process

     If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact to Authorized Service Center

     Warranty Claim by It self to the Authorised Service Center.

  Provide Details:-  You will need to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
  Evaluation:-  Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the product is eligible for warranty service.

  4. Warranty Service Options

   Repair:- If the product is found to be defective, we will repair it at no additional cost.

  Replacement:- If a repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
   Refund:- In certain cases, at our discretion, we may issue a refund instead of a repair or replacement.

  5. Shipping Costs

  Return Shipping:-  If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement product.

  No Consequential Damages:-  Global IT Solutions is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products.
  Maximum Liability:-  Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
